Safety Manager (3+ Years Experience)
Fenix Transportation is looking for an experienced Safety Manager to join our team.
If you have strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and driver safety management, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and safety regulations (HOS, ELD, DQ files)
• Manage driver onboarding and safety training
• Monitor driver performance and enforce company safety policies
• Investigate accidents and help implement corrective actions
• Maintain driver qualification files and safety documentation
