Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to attract, screen, and onboard professional truck drivers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, manage multiple tasks independently, and ensure every candidate has a positive experience.

Your Duties:

• Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications

• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and give updates

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment journey

• Reporting: Maintain detailed recruitment records and provide regular management updates
   

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience recruiting truck drivers 

• Fluent in English

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Proficient with recruitment software and tools
